The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils.

The bedroom is a comfortable and inviting space, furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a small desk—perfect for working or reading. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, with soft towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee the highest level of comfort.

It’s located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

Stroll through the charming old town with its cobblestone streets, local shops, and the picturesque Cascais Marina. Top sights include the ‘Trilho da Ribeira das Vinhas’ trail (just 3 minutes away) and the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego museum. For dining, try fresh seafood at local favorites like Mar do Inferno or Restaurante Baía do Peixe. The traditional Cascais market is only a 15-minute walk away.”

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

BUS stop Edifício Equador (BUS 9) at 1 minute walking. The flat is less than 100 meter from bus stop number 9 and this bus goes directly to Auchan and to the main train station in 15min

The nearest train station, Cascais, is 9 minutes by car.

The Humberto Delgado Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
