The spacious open-plan kitchen/living room features a TV, a comfy sofa bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city and a dining table enough to accommodate four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washer, dryer and ironing equipment.

The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space and leads onto a balcony where you can appreciate the city views.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This trendy and vibrant neighborhood is home to some of the city's most popular attractions, including Castelo de S. Jorge, the Santa Justa Lift, the Arco da Rua Augusta, and the Mercado de Santa Clara. With plenty of trendy restaurants, lively bars, and exciting nightlife to enjoy. There's also a pharmacy and a fitness center in front of the building.

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag. If you need extra cleaning or linen, please let us know, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional charge.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service)
Extra cleaning: cleaning fee
Extra linen: 30 euros (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
