This delightful 52 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is located on the 4th floor with lift access.

It is designed with open living, kitchen, and sleeping areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. There is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The open kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available.

Although it is a studio, the space where the guests sleep is separated by a wooden high shelf, providing a semi-private space for the bed. The sleeping area is modernly decorated and it includes a comfortable double bed and storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The streets come alive and stay vibrant until late, so expect plenty of energy and excitement throughout the night! This is the perfect spot for those who want to be right in the heart of the action.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This street is situated in the heart of Lisbon, offering a perfect base to explore the city's vibrant attractions. This historic street connects the bustling Chiado district with Cais do Sodré, making it an ideal spot for visitors to immerse themselves in Lisbon's charm. Nearby, you'll find iconic landmarks such as Praça Luís de Camões and the famous Elevador da Bica, both showcasing the city's rich cultural heritage. The area is also dotted with boutique shops, traditional cafes, and trendy bars, perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere.

Just a short walk away is the riverside promenade along the Tagus River, where you can enjoy scenic views and relaxing strolls. The Time Out Market at Mercado da Ribeira, a culinary hotspot, is also within easy reach, offering a taste of Lisbon's diverse gastronomy. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro and train station, Cais do Sodré, is just a 4-minute walk, and the Baixa-Chiado is a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
