Modernly decorated, this lovely 80m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd Floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort and have access to a sunroom balcony.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important note: It is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. Access to the flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic location for exploring the city. Nearby attractions include Casino Estoril, and Praia de São Pedro do Estoril. There are restaurants and bars like Eduardo das Conquilhas and Taverna do Rogério for dining options. The location is convenient for exploring the city and is within a short distance of stations for easy transportation.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi, but Carcavelos station is just 3.3 km away, the Estoril station is 4 km from the property, and the Humberto Delgado Airport is just 30 30-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
