Be aware that this property is on a street where you would need to drag your bags along bumpy terrain. Ubers do not have access to their front entrance. The hotel was clean, offers water and coffee complimentary. However if your room is situated on the J or K side it is super noisy at night. Like an evening gathering with music and loud chatting ending usually after midnight. Close to many restaurants and sights and very walkable. Staff were efficient, but would not say friendly.

I loved the location of this hotel. If you are fit and capable as it is a hike up or way down to get anywhere. On a restricted street to car traffic. Also be aware the units described as Duplex have steep stairs inside

Modern hotel in the heart of the Alfama with easy access to trams (if not full), shopping and dining. Has a very nice courtyard and breakfast, although the seating area for breakfast is a tad crowded. The alley to the front entrance is a tad sketchy if you’re a woman alone although we did not incur any issues. Good stay overall!

Very nice and modern hotel in old area of Lisbon. Hard to get to as the entrance is on a narrow street on a steep hill. Room was very small. Breakfast was good with good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern.

The service at hotel was great. Rooms were nice, we got one that was two stories so with two adults in bed upstairs and two little kids on sofa bed downstairs. The bed itself was hard to my and husbands preference but bedding/pillows etc were good, clean. Good blackout blinds and functional bathroom w hot water and good water pressure. Staff offered prompt recommendations. If you are dropped off by uber, it’s a walk down a short hill; when we were leaving they did offer their hotel taxi who left from the front door. Coffee, hot chocolate and water available in lobby was a nice touch and a favorite of my kids. Right in Almafa area so nice location and right by tram tracks. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great stay

Hotel was very cool and modern. The staff were helpful. Room was nice- a little small. Uber and Taxis had a difficult finding the location as it is down a small private road but once we realized we just had them drop us at the top of the road and walked down. Only a bummer with luggage

We absolutely LOVED the location of the hotel in the heart of the Alfama District. The hotel has been remodeled to a contemporary flair in amongst all historic buildings. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a very nice selection of choices. Make sure to take a taxi in order to be dropped off at the front or it can be a bit challenging to find. Bolt and Uber drivers are not allowed to use the cobblestone road to get the entry. We would highly recommend the Hotel Convento do Salvador for your stay in Lisbon.

I reached out to this hotel in advance to inquire about onsite parking, and was told there was indeed onsite parking available. We rented a car and drove to the hotel, only to find out that there was not onsite parking available at all. We were given a location about 10 minutes away for us to pay for daily parking. In addition, the air conditioning was not working. The location of this hotel was excellent for walking to local areas of Lisbon and being able to explore the area. The breakfast was very average. Overall - if you want to stay here, the location does make it very accessible and convenient to all of the local shops in Lisbon within walking distance. However, I do not recommend renting a car and “parking” to stay here. We ended up booking a separate hotel that was also very conveniently located and had excellent amenities, breakfast, and air conditioning for around the same price.

Hotel staff were very helpful in accessing the hotel by car to unload (no small feet in this neighborhood but much easier than the area closer to the Castle) and providing recommendations for parking. Check was easy. Hotel is very modern. Rooms are small but well appointed. Beds are firm. Breakfast was very good. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions. I wish that we had stayed a second night.

Access to property is limited to transportation rented tru hotel, also I paid for a queen bed and a single bed with river view, I only got 2 single beds , patio view, will not stay in that hotel ever
