Great shuttle service, room very clean but quite small. We loved spending our last night in the inner courtyard. Cons: I heard everything in the room next to mine because of the communicating door. Poor isolation.

Nice basic hotel for a good price. Very clean and close to the airport. Make sure to book the free shuttle early because it’s small and fills up. We tried to book the night we arrived for the next morning and no luck.

The thermostat in the room was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably cold. I attempted to contact the hotel staff at midnight, but no one was reachable. When I raised this issue with the manager via email, his response suggested that guests are expected to go down to the front desk in person if calls from the room go unanswered—completely overlooking the impracticality of doing so at midnight while in nightwear. No form of compensation was offered for the discomfort caused. Furthermore, when I asked for a contact to escalate the matter, the manager, Bruno Teixeira, failed to respond—even after a follow-up reminder was sent.

Very new hotel, clean, modern. Rooms are a bit on the small side though!! Close to the airport which is very convenient. The planes taking off are very noisy, but rooms are well soundproofed. Nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor, very nice courtyard well equipped with chairs and tables. Hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport, very handy.

Nice area near airport

Its a nice area close to the airport. There is nothing around the area that I’m aware of. I picked the area due to airport proximity. They offer FREE airport shuttle 4am- 12nn 1630-??? But must be scheduled at check in. I sent them several messages a out the airport shuttle when I booked the hotel, but they never replied back. I give them 0 rating for that. There is also a restaurant on site. My room was small but its nice clean and comfy.
