We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the rooms with the kitchen even if we did not cook. The staff was nice though fairly hands off. Our room was clean and cozy. Great shower. Strong AC. Good casual restaurant by the pool and a coffee bar in the lobby with very yummy pastries. We did not try the $23 Er full breakfast. Hilarious numbering system (not a problem just be ready for a brain teaser). Our fourth floor room was on flour -1 according to the elevator 😬😂. We got used to it. The courtyard was -4.

This hotel complex is quite lovely with a beautiful, inviting courtyard. The room was well-appointed and even had a washer/dryer in the kitchenette! Two weeks into a month of travel, that was miraculous! The staff was lovely and allowed me the luxury of a 1:00 pm checkout for only 30€ additional. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel with an excellent location. Our room had a spacious balcony, which was a nice touch. However, I did have a couple of issues. The closet space was extremely limited—there was no room to hang a dress or even a men's shirt, as the clothing bar was placed above a chest of drawers. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant moldy smell in the bathroom that was hard to ignore. It was noticeable as soon as we entered the room, and we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to minimize the odor.

Our stay at Locke de Santa Joana far exceeded our expectations. Through the property there is a keen attention to detail and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our food and beverages we had during our stay, but what really stood out the most was the level of customer service. Every staff member we had an exchange with were so kind and genuine. Our check in and check out experience was a breeze, and the front desk staff are amazing ambassadors of the hotel and the chain. We will be staying here again, and would give consideration to other Locke hotel locations in the future.

Young, relaxing and large hotel!

Great stay, such a cute hotel, great location if you’re willing to walk a bit to get to the touristy area. Close to the mall and great restaurants! Would be great for solo travel, everyone was fairly young and friendly, also great if you’re looking for a hotel to work from, solid WiFi and lots of places to cowork.

We had the perfect stay. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable during our trip. It’s located centrally - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away. We felt given the amount we spent, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was well suited for couples. The amenities are excellent, we loved the communal spaces and the pool. The environment is very relaxing. Wifi was reliable and good, no issues whatsoever there. I want to take a moment to mention the staff - our experience interacting with members of the team was absolutely superb from start to end. They were very friendly and informative. A really wonderful place to stay.

I only stayed here for one night (overnight layover), so I am a bit bummed I didn't get to take full advantage of my stay here. The hotel has a cute but edgy vibe to it and my room was cozy and clean. Check in was a breeze-- the front desk clerk gave us so many suggestions for what to do with our night. They even upgraded our room free of charge. When I come back to Lisbon I will definitely make sure I stay here again.
