Cleanliness could be improved. The hosts are very helpful and are available to answer any questions. The location is very good, however rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. That said, this is something to be expected when staying in the city on a city trip.

I had excellent communication with the owner. Easy to follow instructions to find and get into the property. My room was clean and well decorated. I need a place close enough to the airport that allowed for a flexible check in and this place was perfect.

The 2 bathrooms/toilets that you share with the other residents were pretty dirty, but that’s probably because they’re not personal and people are different when it comes to how clean u are. The sheets on the bed had stains and the carpet on the floor was dusty and had a red spot which looked like blood… It was ok for a 1 night sleep over with almost no luggage, but i would not recommend this for someone who wants to stay for a long time.

We got in late at night and the room was not very clean. Stains on beds sheets and towels were old and had a hole. My partner and I ended up getting several bites overnight during our stay and it was very likely bed bugs from the patten of the bites. We also took pictures of our bites for evidence. I would not recommend staying at this place because it’s very unhygienic and public health concerns with bed bugs. We will open dispute with this hotel or Expedia for a refund for our stay.

The place is too expensive for what it was. I was expecting a hotel but this is an old building. It was hard to open the lock box. There was no soap by the sink. The bathroom area was outdated and worn out. The facet was broken. The only window in the room opened to a balcony area that was converted to common area. Noise from this room doesn't let you sleep. It feels claustrophobic. Whis they has provided a guide ( list of) to English speaking channels. Overal i will mot stay there again unless i have too.
