The mini bar is free for the first round. (You pay if you want refill). The facility was nice. I like beds that are a bit firm so this was for me. Facilities were well maintained. A bit loud but not the worse, especially with windows closed. I will stay again

All good, except bathroom privacy

All was good. But I never liked hotel room bathrooms which have no privacy. My room's bathroom had a glass door. I fail to see the purpose of that.

I LOVE this hotel! It’s in a prime location but was still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are modern and nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were perfect and clean. I had the best sleep I’ve ever had while traveling! The day I arrived I was exhausted and disheveled coming off a red-eye flight. They were able to check me into my room early so I can freshen up and explore the city. I am so grateful! And the best part? The staff! Specifically, Sara. She was so friendly and helpful in giving me restaurant recommendations. It was my birthday the day I checked in and she sent champagne and cake to my room, completely unexpected. It was a wonderful surprise and meant so so so much to me. Overall, if I were to visit Lisbon again, I will definitely stay with this hotel. I am so glad that I was able to stay here for 3 whole nights. Sara, thank you for teaching me my very first Portuguese word, Obrigada!

From check in to check out, we had a great experience. The staff are wonderful, the beds comfortable, and you are located just steps away from Commerce Square. We have found our forever hotel for any time we are in Lisbon.
