Great location for touring Lisbon, both walking and by public transport. Room and common areas were very clean and nicely decorated. Noise level at night was quiet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

Located in the best area! This was confirmed to us many times by tour guides and friends. It’s also in a flat part of the city, which I personally found more enjoyable and walkable. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was adorable with a view to the street, which is actually charming considering the small balcony. The AC works well, pillows are comfortable and the bath products are nice except there isn’t body lotion, but still good regardless. The Happy Hour downstairs is pretty good too! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

it’s in the same building as the supreme court: it doesn’t get better than that. plus, it’s thirty seconds to the water. and the staff is super nice.

Pros: Centrally located property. Restaurant on the property served an excellent breakfast. Excellent room with modern decor. Staff very attentive and effective in resolving any concerns. Lastly, you have to experience the shower wand. Cons: To the gentleman: Shaving was a little bit of a challenge due to the extended shelf that partially covered the sink.. Overnight parking during the week was in the $40 Euro range. Bring some very good walking shoes.

The location is just unbelievable. Close access to the Lisbon metro (blue line), trams and buses. I travelled alone and was in a “cozy” room, but it felt quite cavernous with the 12-15 feet ceiling. The staff was top notch. I made an error by booking too few days. The front desk went out of their way to add an extra day for me.

The property is kept up and beautiful. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. I cannot say enough about the staff always happy to assist you and welcoming. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Portugal.
