I highly recommend this hotel. Location is superb, so close to everything. Staff are amazing and friendly, most specially Joanna who checked us in when we arrived. She is very professional, very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lisbon.

The room was very nice. We had the twin beds pulled together and they were comfortable, like tempur-pedic. The length was good! The little coffee and teas station was great. We had plenty of room, but could have used more hangers. The bathroom was spacious. The restaurant was good for breakfast, but the little convenience store next door had nice coffee and pastries if you don’t want a full buffet. We were so happy that the bellman/concierge helped us with taxis. We never felt cheated by the people he selected. They were so nice and talkative. The front desk was also helpful and kind! We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with clean, well presented rooms, nice facilities topped off with friendly, polite staff. Very convenient for pubic transport, within five minutes of a metro station and in a clean and safe area. Would absolutely stay again.

Great boutique hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds and the ability to control the air conditioning. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast has a good selection of healthy options and baked goods. There’s a convenience store next door to get snacks and drinks. Walking around the neighborhood are good places to eat and some shopping too. If you want to get in a tour bus, there’s a very close stop near the Marquez de Pombal roundabout. Definitely recommend this hotel for your trip to Lisbon.
