This was a great stay for the location alone and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in Lisbon. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was a little on the warm side and we were immediately provided a fan as soon as we communicated this to the front desk. Room was cleaned daily and beds were very comfortable. Again, we loved the location. Shopping and restaurants all around. Minutes walk to the waterfront, Alfama, Chiado or Bairro Alto and many main sites. It’s a simple 3 star hotel but a really nice one at that and excellent value for the nightly price.

Perfect location to the main square and all of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. Steps away from various metro stations too as well as 25 minutes to the airport. The rooms are spotless and modern. The staff are really friendly and are willing to go above and beyond. I would reccomend this hotel to others.

The room was spotless! The staff were so very friendly and helpful. They even came to our room to hep us with the coffee maker. My husband’s birthday occurred while we were there and they brought him a small cake with candles!! Also the hotel is with in walking distance of many sites and good restaurants and the metro!!

The room was very clean and was a good size with an excellent bathroom. The shower was very easy to use. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a street view but was very quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions and answered all questions. The welcoming glass of Madeira and pastel de Nata was a nice touch.
