Rossio Plaza Hotel was great. Friendly staff who all spoke English. Nice rooms- ours looked out at Castelo Sao Jorge. Breakfast was very nice with good choices. We arranged airport shuttles thru the hotel which really made it convenient. Location is in the heart of Baixa- easy walking to everywhere.

Hotel was centrally located to be able to walk for restaurants, shopping and some sightseeing. Also, close to Hop on/off Bus stop. Hotel itself has modern rooms w/coffee maker, safe & TV w/enough channels when you need down time. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure w/a hand held shower wand. In the evening you could also get a free glass of port. Definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable and great location

We arrivedat 9:30 AM after an overnight flight. We were thriiled that ourroom was ready and we were allowed to check in. Staff were friendly efficient. We were offered a glass of Port and a pastel de Nata. Room was clean and confortable. Coffee was delicious!. Windows overlooking the street were soundproof. We stayed one night before our tour and will stay one nught here at the end. Highly recommend this hotel!
