The staff was very nice and very helpful. The bar service was great. The dinner at the restaurant was anazing. We had the best meal in our 3 week of travels. That is saying a lot. If our flight was delayed we were coming back for dinner and another night's stay. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional! Quite the memorable stay.

Average sized room. Great gym open 24 hours which is helpful, couldn’t experience the other amenities. There is a shopping Center about 10-12mins walk from hotel and if walk the opposite side you get to the train station, which was very useful.

The hotel is convenient to the Praça de Espanha metro and has a couple of playgrounds nearby. It’s reasonable for families and near the Zoo. It’s not terribly convenient to the old town area, but quick to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and easy to navigate. The restaurant had a lovely breakfast and made a good backup option for dinner. We had a suite, so the room was extra spacious.
