This property is a self-check-in property, you will be required to fill out an online check-in form or to send forward your identification before having access to the property. Check-in starts at 4pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability and confirmation.

Our properties have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property and for hosting parties or events. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached, we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 150€.
Please note that for the first few days of your stay, we provide the basic amenities: hairdryer, towels, soap, shower cap, body lotion, toilet paper, water, kitchen roll, tea and coffee capsules, sponge, detergent, multi-use disinfectant, bin bag, capsules for dishwasher and washing machine, bucket, mop and broom.

For stays longer than 30 days, we require an intermediary cleaning of the apartment free of charge. However, should the fair use of amenities and utilities be misused, extra charges will be applied.

Extra cleaning with linen: price of cleaning fee
Stained or damaged towels: 9€ per piece
Stained or damaged linens: 20€

Our team offers continuous assistance before, during and after your stay via the reservation platform. In case of emergencies please ring the number provided.

• Smoking is allowed in the street. But I ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. If you really must, please do it by the window.

• The neighbors appreciate quiet as much as our guests do. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.

• Do not leave lights or heaters on while you are not home, or when it is not necessary. The environment appreciates it.

• Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If you can't and something happens to the apartment or any of its decorative elements, make sure I am the first to know so I can find a solution immediately.

• Please do not bring pets into the apartment.

• Respect the check in time (3 pm) and check out time (12 noon). If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please let me know as much in advance as possible.

• Please do not stick anything on the walls in order not to damage them.
