The spacious chef’s kitchen on the main level features an electric range and is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to create delicious meals. The dining table comfortably seats 4, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating with 3-5 chairs.

• Main Level: 1 queen bedroom with a full bathroom (step free access)

• Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, including 2 twin XL beds; 4 twin beds and 1 king bed

*Our primary suite upstairs has a smart TV accessible to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.. with your login!

Each bathroom comes with all the comforts needed:

-Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash

GAME SPACE
Our converted garage is your fun game room space! With a ping pong table and a putting mat, challenge your family or friends to a competitive game!
Some board games we have inlcude: Chess, Monopoly, Beat your parents, Kirplunk and more!

OUTDOOR SPACE
Dine or grill out pond-side with our 4 person table and Blackstone griddle top grill.
Take a serene walk around our neighborhood that offers some water features and a community swimming pool!

Pool season: April 1st-October 31st (pool is subject to opening later or closing earlier)

We are happy to accommodate early check in & late check out's for $15 an hour when possible, if agreed upon before your stay begins. Unprohibited early and late check ins will result in a hourly fee of $50 as this can put strain on our cleaners and next guests.
