First floor is one king size bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower, ground floor you have another king size bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, amazing living room with 120” projector screen with Netflix and Amazon prime TV. Everything in the apartment is new and elegant.

The apartment is located 2 minutes walking from the historical Liverpool Albert docks, also it is a 2 minute walk to liverpool 1 shopping district. And you will be surrounded by the amazing night life the city has to offer. If your here for a trip to liverpool to see the famous sites then this apartment will be perfect for you. You are very close to the Beatles museum, water front attractions, the best restaurants the city has to offer, the cavern club, Mathew street and 10 minutes walk to ST John’s shopping Center. You will not need a car for your stay as everything liverpool has to offer is within walking distance of the apartment.

In the ground floor bedroom you will have a king size bed, two double wardrobes, 55” TV mounted on the wall and around the bedroom are LED lights.

The downstairs bathroom has a bath and shower, it also has a stunning full wall mirror, perfect to help you get ready if your planning a night out in this fantastic city. You will also have access to all the general bathroom essentials and there will be hair drying equipment in the apartment.

On the first floor bedroom you have a king size bed. Around the bedroom is also multi coloured (LED) lighting. There is also a desk, wardrobe and Chester unit to store your things for your stay.

The spaces living room host an amazing 120” protector screen so you can enjoy watching Netflix in full 4K. The living room has a modern corner unit (sofa) for everyone to enjoy. And if you just want a quiet night on the sofa you can relax while sitting next to the fireplace. And if relaxing is not your thing, you can hook up the karaoke machine to the protector and enjoy a fun filled night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with, cooker, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, bread cooker, and coffee machine. You will also have tea and toast making facilities available.

Security deposit will be paid back to you by bank transfer within 7 days of you leaving the property. As long as everything in the property is in the same condition from when you arrive.

There is no direct parking for the building, however there are numerous parking facilities located on the same street and within 2 minutes walking distance.

- the property has a strict no party rule, if it have hosted a party in the apartment you will lose the holding deposit.
