Everything was great apart from only one towel in the bathroom there was 2 of us there was noisy pipes behind the walls also could here them all night must of been the heating in the building but apart from that all okay thankyou

Absolutely appalling. The room was the size of a shoe box. Avoid at all costs. Left the hotel and had to book elsewhere

It was like being in a prison, the room was cold, there were no were to put our clothes as we did stop for 2 nights so we had to keep our clothes in suitcase, the bed was not a double.

I had an unexpected experience. The police came knocking on my door, asking if I had sprayed paint on a wall. They had written my room number on it, just like in a horror movie. I asked them to change rooms, telling them it was my first time in the country and I didn't know if they could do anything to me or if they were racist towards Latinos. In the end, they told me that a prostitute who hadn't been paid wanted to expose the people who hired her by writing their room number on the wall, but she was so drunk that she wrote mine. At least when I asked to change rooms they did, but nobody expects that when you travel to another country for the first time.

Freezing cold shower with no shampoo in the dispenser. Sadly I was here for footy which means they hike the price up to £280 per night, which makes those facts even more annoying. Would be fine for the usual £40 though, if they sort the shower out. Advice if you’re coming for Liverpool game, just bite the bullet and spend a bit more for somewhere nicer

Room was clean, and staff were fantastic , bed not very comfortable, unfortunately the walls are extremely thin, one set of neighbours were arguing in the early hours, the other side, let’s say they actives left nothing to the imagination, which whilst that’s not the fault of the hotel, a warning of lack of sound proofing would be appreciated.
