The noise from the people staying above us was absolutely shocking it ruined our stay my husband had to get the manager to come up to our room early hours in the morning we got up early had breakfast and we left before about 7:30 to go home and have a sleep, it was for our 10 year Anniversary but it made us feel stressed and couldn’t wait to get home, was really annoying especially with paying over £300 for the room, staff on the desk where not very friendly to be honest you only seem to get looked after if you have money or a celebrity

Amazing! Came to Liverpool for my partners birthday, didn’t request anything in my booking notes for the special occasion but they had picked up that it was his birthday from our details and left a lovely card for him. Room was perfect, perfect location, lovely staff, drinks were lovely downstairs. My favourite brand of hotel to stay at!

this hotel is super run down, not clean they're way understaff. they only have one restaurant next to the bar, the service is terrible, I sat at a table for more than an hour with empty drink glasses, nobody came to clean them. other a hamburger and came burned. This hotel leaves on its location and they are very expensive for what they provide. VERY RUN DOWN and POOR SERVICE

Room was very dimly lit so made it hard to get ready for the night. There was no way of making the lights any brighter. Shower was leaking in the bathroom, and the water was cold the next day. Very overpriced for what we got.
