No heating or hot water ambulance there every day police outside every day the hotel is terrible cleanless is shocking dust and dirty the place is full of so called refugees
not a place for children at all wouldnt stay here again the hotel is falling apart stay away !!!
We were originally booked into lord nelson but could not honor our booking which i was glad about after seeing the state of it, we were given liner as a result of this which was absolutely gorgeous ,lovely staff and lovely hotel, only downside not enough lighting in room
The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, but I really wish the floor had been hoovered in my room - there were crumbs/other unidentifiable bits of dirt on the carpet; also, the throw on the bed had stains, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Still, it was very cheap and close to the station.

Functional for one night but definitely showing its age
Room was unclean, black mould on wall and curtains, large cracks on several of walls, blood stain on light switch plus in bathroom, cracked sink, dirty shower. Guests above woke me up at midnight, drunken singing, shouting, singing, dropping things, playing music and shouting all the way until i left at 6.15am. I have photos to submit.
The hotel offered basic good value for money in a central location.
The building needed some modernization and a coat of paint.
Overall the room was great for the price I paid
