Great location for anything around the city centre

Second stay at this hotel, it's a great location a few minutes walk from the city centre and the same for the docks area. Room was spacious and clean, bed is not the most comfortable (or biggest), but didn't detract from a great stay. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the skyline of the docks, and was fun stay with my family. The staff was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and was well mannered, and made us feel very welcome. I really loved the option of chrome cast to connect with the tv in the hotel and watch whatever we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and hot, there was a variety of options given to accomodate everyone☺️

Big shout out for accomodating our early arrival due to a connection via Manchester Airport. Hotel and room was nice and clean, though I couldn't get the room to heat up, we had just come from Florida so were feeling the Liverpool weather. Breakfast selection was huge and well presented, grateful for that. Also greatful for the proximinity to Albert Dock and Liverpool One and centre. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel and room were excellent-spotless, well-maintained, and of a very high standard. The central location makes it easy to walk to shopping on one side and cultural attractions on the other, with no need for taxis. Check-in was quick and welcoming.
