Pump dispensers for soap and shampoo in shower are cheap and do not work well. Hard surface flooring in bedroom area gave the room a cheap feel. No room make up between first and second night.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, room was great but could have had luggage racks for suitcases. We had to put them on the floor. Front desk personal was wonderful. Great location.

Had a great stay. We had an issue with the loo when we first went in which was fixed immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for tips on what to do. Room lovely! Exterior window could do with a clean but I imagine that’s tricky. Great price and will definitely be saying again.

I stayed for the LFC parade with my son and had a great experience, all the staff were lovely and accommodating especially one of the restaurant waitresses who also took our room service that evening, the hotel was clearly at capacity but was very well managed, including security. The room was perfect for a night, bottles of water, tea and coffee, very comfy beds, very clean. Location was perfect, we easily walked from the station. Great choice of hotel, thanks for looking after us so well!

Visited for the LFC trophy parade, the staff did a wonderful job managing the crowds and keeping everything running well. Food was great and service was fast despite how busy it was.
