Pas Mal Malmaison

Both Malmaison Glasgow and Liverpool have an excellent bar program. BTG offerings are well-chosen and well-priced. Beds in both locations excellent too.

Needs a shake up

It wasn’t really as good as expected , restaurant couldn’t make a cheese and salad sandwich for my wife as it seemed to be a big thing , also toilets don’t flush very well , and Barr meals couldn’t remember to bring cutlery so had to go find some , a little disappointed with the service ,

Room was nice & spacious with lovely comfortable beds. It was poorly lit though, and not very well designed woth no plug sockets near mirrors or the usable surfaces. Toilet didn't flush properly. This was reported to the staff during visit but not resolved. Breakfast was ok with lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar being cashless was disappointing. Great location and reasonably priced.

Great staff

Lovely hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food was very good and the service was superb in the restaurant. Room was nice, but unfortunately we had a rear view onto ugly buildings rather than a river view.
