This was such a great place to stay for 2x nights in Liverpool ... The location was perfect and the people at the Mecure were all lovely ... Won't hesitate to stay here again next time I am in Liverpool!

Valentines night away.

Weather was mediocre but the hotel and what they had to offer was superb, we will most definitely be coming back to stay at the hotel, breakfast was great too.

Hotel generally quite nice. Couple of issues, one with our room 509. It was really cold and the air conditioning unit was so noisy we turned it off incase we disturbed other guests, so we stayed cold! Breakfast was nice ingredients but had to wait for food to be restocked constantly as trays used are clearly too small and run out after a few people had chose their breakfast items. Overall OK, certainly not a bad hotel.

Tv sound didnt work , reported 3 times. Loud noise through the night, one of the nosies was very loud. Sounded like issues with pipe work or something. Bed was really uncomfortable

The staff on reception were exceptionally kind and friendly. They deserve to be recognised for thier friendliness and helpfulness. It was a lady and a gentleman. Cant recall their names but they were so chatty and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin. Could literally hear all next doors conversations. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Would defo stay here again.

The room was very cold when we checked in and despite intermittent working of the aircon, the room was so cold overnight we had to resort to additional clothing and coats on the bed to keep us warm. It was reported to reception on departure.
