Didn't realise that the labour party conference was on again this year, in the arena next door, as we were in the Pullman last year at the same time, that's only thing getting to and from the hotel,

Great hotel, such a comfy bed and pillows, but disappointing service in the restaurant. The girls did a great job but they were understaffed. After waiting nearly an hour for food it unfortunately came out Luke warm. I’d stay again though.

Room wash very clean, the bed was a king-size and very comfortable, I slept like a log. I didn't eat here but had a drink from the bar and the cost was reasonable for a Hotel. The Albert Dock marina was a 5 min walk where there are options for bars and restaurants. The staff here were excellent, nothing to much trouble and the buffet breakfast was worth it too.

Helpful staff, comfortable room and a great view.

I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags !

We booked a superior room which turned out to be pretty average. The free mini bar was a joke! Hardly anything in it! Couple bottles of wine and beer and a couple of cans of Pepsi! To ice water with no gin! Room never was swept while we were there and used glasses not cleaned or renewed! Very disappointed in your hotel! Won’t be returning
