Happy customer!

Great location for all activities, not accessible by car but discounted parking close by. Room was well equipped and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being located in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Throughly recommend a stay at these apartments.

Great location, nice big clean well-appointed room with everything you need to cook and eat in if you want. Modern equipment, comfortable bed, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. Didn't like the hard-to-use idiosyncracies. Clear that parking is offsite, but not clear that hotel is in a pedestrian area so there is no place to drop baggage. Not obvious how to use the shower and instructions posted were wrong. Lighting in bathroom not great for doing makeup. Appliances, including fridge, switched off at the wall and not obvious which is which. After 24 hours of not realizing the fridge wasn't cold, had the room cleaner turn it off again after we got it going. Staff were nice, friendly and check in was very efficient. But they weren't able to be very helpful in assisting with the above details.

I would rate this hotel as poor. The main of staff were good but no manager in attendance day or night. Showers not working properly door locks not working. Beds not good and you don’t get the room you have pre booked General poor communication and poor rooms

The hotel is right where we wanted it to be, I like the fact that you cannot gain access to the rooms unless you have a key card. The room was clean and modern. I will be back for sure!

All the staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The location is excellent, the train stations are a 5 minute walk away and all the shopping area is literally just outside the hotel door. I wouldn't stop anywhere else, fantastic.

Perfect for a short break

Excellent location in the heart of the city centre. The room is a small apartment that came equipped with everything you could wish for including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Although centrally located there was no noise either from outside or other rooms. The room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the heart of Liverpool. The room (studio) was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's a quick walk from the train station, from Liverpool One, and to the restaurants of Bold Street. The Royal Albert docks are only about 15 minutes way. Would highly recommend!

The best stay we have ever had in Liverpool

From the moment of booking, through check-in, to our sad departure 5 days later, this was the best stay we have ever had in Liverpool. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed, having everything you could expect. The whole place was spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful. The location in the centre of the city allowed us to experience new things. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The cleaning staff is a major weakness of this property. Towels were not changed frequently enough, carpet was not vacuumed despite being there six nights. Had to ask for more shampoo, toilet tissue etc. Disappointing to say the least.
