Fabulous hotel

This is second year running returning to this hotel.. Friendly staff easycheck in rooms were ready early.. very clean like the touch with complimentary bottles of water in fridge..Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice.. wouldn’t hesitate to stay again I would highly recommend it

First time visiting Liverpool and first time staying in a radison red hotel. The hotel is right next door to trainstation and weatherspoons and the theatre which is very handy. The staff in the hotel help in so many ways even helping lift my mums wheelchair and our luggage down the few stairs. When I come back this is the only hotel I will come back to as you feel very safe having to use keycards for lift etc.

Fab time!

Ideal location for train travellers and those seeing a show at the Liverpool Empire Theatre. You are literally sandwiched inbetween. Loved the quirky decor and industrial style design. I had a room with a lovely double bed. Not much of a view on the second floor for me but it didn’t matter as I was surrounded by Liverpool City Centre. Slept very well and was actually nice and quiet. Shower was all good and loved the nice sized mugs to make a good cup of tea. I also ate at the restaurant in the evening and had a nice seafood linguine. Staff were very attentive. The breakfast was really nice. Can’t fault it. I know there’s probably cheaper places but I would highly recommend this place!

Stylish but stuffy—needs a few tweaks

The hotel has a modern vibe and a great location, but a couple of comfort issues held it back. The windows couldn’t be opened, which meant no fresh air—something I really missed during the stay. The room felt sealed off, and the ventilation didn’t quite make up for it. The shower was fine, but the water pressure was underwhelming—not terrible, just not as strong as you’d expect from a hotel in this price range. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re not fussy, but a few small improvements could make a big difference.

Blown away staff and hotel

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff amazing nothing too much trouble. Had booked twin but got double, they sorted quickly and gave voucher for free drink for inconvenience. Came back to new room with gorgeous surprise birthday cake card and another free drink voucher. Hotel is stunning too. Can’t fault anything would love to return,
