Great value, great little hotel

Really spacious room with all comforts; bed good, shower good, big window. Super nice staff (Thanks, Harry). Great location (just know due to it's location can get a bit noisy at night but that is just part of staying downtown in Liverpool).

I’ll be honest wasn’t expecting a lot! However this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in Liverpool city centre especially for the price. The room was massive, very clean and perfect for my one night in the city. The sound proofing was great I was even in a room overlooking a busy bar!

Big rooms, clean. We ended up with an accessible room even though we didn't book that. So huge bathroom. Good location if you want to be near either main train station. Booked last minute and still got a good price.

Checked in ok, room ok but remote didn't work. Rang down for reception - no answer. Went down, given batteries - still didn't work. I gave up and mentioned it later and to be fair did get sorted for when we returned. Shower gel empty. Had tea but no coffee. Very under staffed.

Prime lication, disappointing service.

On arrival the reception guy was, very helpful on advising us the best way to get to Anfield. In the morning we reported to the desk that there hadn't been any shower gel, shampoo or hand wash in the room. They told they would get it sorted. After a day out, we went back to find the room was serviced, but the above had not been replenished. Told reception again. We left early hours and no one was about to check us out or to lodge our dissatisfaction. Although this hotel is in a prime location, i wouldn't be staying in it again.

Property was exactly what we required, easy walking distance to plenty of places to eat, drink and shoppinhlg. Check in was easy enough and they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early as our room was ready. Although, we had to leave a £50 deposit when checking in. Room itself was plenty big enough, although the desk was positioned in an odd place, which took up some space. The only negatives is there was plenty on noise coming from one of the bars/clubs until around 3am. Also, as an expedia silver member, we were supposed to recieve a complimentary drink per person. We never received this and didn't notice until later.

It Is OK for a Night or Two

It is alright if you just wanted to stay a night or two. Pros: Close to Lime Street station The room is big with great heating. Cons: Minimal amenities, just shower gel and shampoo Bed is not firm enough

Lovely short stay right in the city centre.

Arrived early, reception staff put our bags in luggage room till we could check in. Hotel is right in the city centre with many bars and restaurants on the door step.
