Its up to you but i wouldnt again

Staff not very welcoming felt like an inconvenience to them.Bed was uncomfortable.Partner left house keys in the room i rang the Hotel 15 mins after checking out to notify them but mysteriously.They were not there 3hrs later when they eventually made a half assed attempt to find them.We have stayed here before but this hotel has dropped its standards in customer care and service.Will not stay here ever again.

? Communication breakdown/Unprofessionalism

Due to the nature of my work, i checked in late at 8pm. Ive askec the male staff if i can have a late check out since i came late. He agreed & said 1pm. I went to my room & came out immediately to attend to my own business. On my way out, Ive reminded the male staff to take note of my late checked out. He asked for my room number while he was at rhe bar lounge of the hotel. I didn't use the room throughout the night. I came back at 11 -ish AM & informed the female housekeeper that im checking out at 1pm. I locked my room with a "dont disturb " sign. I set my alarm at 12:30pm When i was just falling sleep, at approximately 11:30AM, a loud knock at the door & door opened immediately ( i didn't have the time to react), a male ataff told me Im meant to check out at 11AM. Disappointing communication breakdown & unprofessionalism.

Central party hotel

Very noisy at night from the street, could have done with triple glazing. But it was in the middle of the party part of town so if your out with the best of them you will not mind ! Staff were great and the hotel is right where you want to be

Arrived quite late and didn't get the normal excellent and pleasant service from reception. I didn't feel like the regular customer that I am. Normally get upgraded room with the VIP booking no chance. £50 deposit taken this time despite never normally taken as a regular.

Hotel is practically built on top of what feels like a nightclub, having to move at 01:30 and have to pay £40 to do so was terrible, could not sleep cause was so loud, front desk was not helpful was actually quite rude and stated ‘do you not look round the area when you book’ well it’s got a cocktail bar not a nightclub

DoubleTree liverpool is the way to go

the front hotel doors don't lock as advertised. There was an open club which had access to the elevators all night, had loads of people walking up and down our corridor. Really upsetting as we really liked how this hotel looked. Checked out at 11pm and nobody asked why. The service is some of the worst
