This is my second recent stay and I'm looking forward to more to come while I'm in between houses! The hotel put me in my favourite room at my request and yet again the staff are incredible. Good sized room with the expected extra such as a hairdryer and a TV. Decent breakfast. Always exceptional service!

Standards have slipped

Room stunk of smoke. One mattress felt like cardboard. Tv wouldn’t turn on. Bath rusty. Mirror cracked. Light wouldn’t work. Hot tap wouldn’t turn off. Shelf damaged. Stain on duvet, but other than that it was ok

ONLY BAD THINGS I FOUND WAS ..Really busy only bad thing . All tables was reserved for other families even hour b4 there time to be there Sausages on my mix grill not nice cheap And chicken fell apart like it wasnt chicken. Too soft . And it cost £20 for a mix grill and a pint

Really good place to stay. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was good. Very convenient to have the pub adjoining for breakfast and dinner. Parking was easy and there is a bus stop right outside that had a good service into Liverpool.
