As we are centrally located, the area has a vibrant energy, especially on weekends. Some apartments are street-facing, while others are positioned at the back or on higher floors. If you have a preference, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

-- For last-minute bookings with same-day check-in, a £250 refundable deposit must be paid via a secure Stripe link before arrival—this is the only option to confirm the reservation. The deposit will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.

-- To protect against potential damage to the property, our booking terms and conditions offer two options for the security deposit:

1. A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, paid via a secure Stripe link. This covers minor accidental damages such as broken glasses, utensils, plates, mirrors, and stained towels. This fee is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation, as it covers administrative costs and secures your booking.

2. A £250 refundable deposit, paid via a secure Stripe link. This will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.

Same-day bookings: £250 refundable deposit

Standard bookings: £150 refundable deposit

All refundable deposits are returned within 7 days of check-out.

Guest Verification:
All guests are required to sign our rental agreement, complete our check-in form, and submit a copy of their valid ID prior to arrival.
