Aside from the hotel staff, the concierge (Ronnie) was most helpfull in providing direction on how best to walk throughout the "City Centre" area. His knowledge of the area eg. restaurants, site seeing locations and areas of interest we had, was most appreciated by Christopher and I. And yes, would we return to Liverpool and stay at the Halyard.

Fantastic stay at The Halyard Liverpool, for a surprise trip for my partners birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The staff in reception were all lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. Would recommend!
