Comfy and quiet

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest (bottle of cleaner also left in shower). I am being picky though. Food in restaurant is amazing with attentive staff. Comfy beds and very quiet.

We are a family of 3, stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. We all slept well as there were no noise of banging doors, people walking in the hallway and no street noise either. Location is great as close to carpark, Albert Docks and the shopping mall. Nice restaurants around but we ate in the hotel. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. The size of the room is good. There are plenty of storage space. The bed is comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends who would like to visit Liverpool.

Lovely hotel with great staff but rock hard beds

Classy hotel, friendly, helpful staff. We loved the way the bog standard hotel room footprint had been creatively designed to make it stylish and different. The shower was lovely! Great breakfast with lovely waiting staff. Big issue with the beds - 'sofabed' was more like a camp bed - creaky springs and the thinnest of mattresses, probably only suitable for a young child. The queen bed had a mattress that was so firm and uncomfortable that it was really difficult to sleep. Both beds were rectified by the lovely housekeeping team who provided us with several extra duvets to put over the mattresses. I know some folks love a hard mattress but there's a compromise to be had - Premier Inn have got this about right.

Great location on Duke Street. Close to lots of great bars and pubs but far enough away from Concert square to avoid the noise. Walkable to all the sites and lovely clean rooms. Helpful staff and the cosy Monro pub directly across the road for a nice pint.

Perfect Hotel.

I visited Liverpool with my two grandsons and the hotel was perfectly located, friendly helpful staff and the hotel was to the highest standard, It was the icing on the cake for a lovely weekend visit. I would highly recommend the Halyard Hotel and would definitely use it again
