A great location right in the city. Lovely bar area. Nice room. Reception didn’t feel very welcoming, apart from that it was a good stay. Important to note that the Expedia maps pin is in the wrong location so we spent a time looking for the hotel in the wrong place - Occidental please update this. Not a nice experience when arriving in a new city.

What a gem! We were upgraded to a very nice room but this hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our visit. I wish the gym had a few more pieces of updated cardio equipment but I’m happy they offered a decent gym.

Nice, Modern Hotel Very Close to Old Town

This was a nice, modern hotel very close to old town. It was a block from the river and old town. There was an underground garage. The room was comfortable. The bed mattress was firm. The breakfast was good. This is a great option for a hotel with parking convenient to old town.

Property is convenient and mostly clean, kettle in the room did have mold. Front desk agent was very rude. Had a few issues with the bed, TV, phone, and room service. Luckily front desk and cleaning supervisors stepped in to help. Overall an ok stay.

What a lovely hotel - I stayed here two nights and it was very comfortable, stylish and clean. The location was ideal - right next to a park and with a minute or two to the river in Old Town. The staff were very friendly and room very cozy. I did not eat onsite but loved there were options for that. This was a pretty high-tech hotel for me (ha!) - the a/c controller was so tiny and touch screen only that it was a bit of a challenge to select anything. I also could have done w/o the bathroom being a sensor light as it turned on even when I was in bed (I closed the door which helped). I'd happily stay here again - a really lovely place.
