Recently renovated, clean and great location. Only things to be aware is that the building next door is under construction, the music outside and from the restaurant will be heard till 10:00pm, and shower partition is narrow so there will be water splashing out a lot in the bathroom.

Very good experience. Fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, perfect location. The only unfortunate thing was the construction waking me up in the morning. But otherwise I would highly recommend. Also note that hotels like this in old Town are not accessible by car, so plan to walk at least 5 minutes.
