Located in a quiet area, 250 metres from the beach and close to the port and shops. Large communal terrace behind the building, to enjoy with family or friends.
The apartment has an open-plan area with a kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and tableware. The lounge-dining room is separated from the kitchen by a wooden bar. It has a round table and chairs, fireplace, sofa-bed, TV and doors leading to the terrace.
There is 1 double bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is provided. 1 bathroom with a bath, toilet, sink, towels and washing machine.
The private terrace has outdoor furniture - table and chairs. Large communal patio.
