Located in a quiet area, 2 km from the beach, shops and restaurants and the town. Large terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
The apartment is arranged all on one floor. Most of the rooms have large glass doors providing lots of natural light and views. Small but well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, microwave, Krups coffee machine, kettle, toaster and tableware. Open-plan lounge-dining room with doors leading to the terrace, with sofa-bed, TV and table and chairs.
There are 2 double bedrooms with double beds, sea views and doors leading to the terrace outside. 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The outside area includes a long terrace with table and chairs and fantastic views. Second terrace with views and plastic table and chairs and parasol.
Washing machine. Air conditioning in the lounge-dining room. Parking in the street outside the apartment.
Please note that the last 2 km leading to the holiday home are undergoing road improvement works.
