Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2 km, railway station "Llançà" 2.6 km, pebble beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Direct access to the beach from the house. It is possible to swim 10 m away, from the rocks.
5-room house 110 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, combination microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room 18 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, terrace 90 m2, south facing position.
