We have just spent a Three night break here. A family run business, who are so welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and tasty, there is the opportunity for evening meals , and a excellent choice. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be going there again.

Really enjoyed our stay, would definately come back. Rooms were lovely, breakfast were nice, staff really welcoming and fab, bar prices amazing (£7.50 for 2 large wines and a larger!). Location great, walking distance to town and the front. Nothing negative to say. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay.

I stayed in the single room which was the same size as a double room. It was comfortable, cosy , clean , nicely decorated and well furnished.There's parking out front but that was taken but I easily parked outside.breakfast was cooked to order and very tasty. Small gripes,the room was warm but bathroom wasn't and the TV wasn't HD.

Nice stay ground floor room very quiet, large room with plenty of storage space, lacking full length mirror ( personal preference) comfy beds, breakfast menu good selection cooked fresh. Two issues raised with owner hopefully they have now been resolved, wallpaper to exterior wall needs attention.

We were in Llandudno for a conference, and everything was fine. We are getting on a bit and we’re pleased to have a ground floor room. On the last day we arrived early for breakfast, so as to have time to get to an early session, but it was no problem. Nothing was too much trouble.
