The hotel is very quaint and the bedroom was welcoming on first floor, with large bay window with seating arranged in it and side view to sea. Parking was explained at reception and turned out to be quite easy within the time frame given by the permitted free spaces just outside. This could be cited on the hotel website for those who are booking without prior knowledge. The hotel location is excellent near shops and cafes. Breakfast in the basement self service was very good with wide selection (and included in price). Negatives - reception fairly detached or more concerned with the coach parties and no help given to take bags up to the room for us oldies.

We had another fabulous stay in Llandudno and a lovely stay at White Heather Hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them, lovely staff especially Sam and Eugene. The breakfast is amazing.

Although the decor was dated the property was clean and looked after. The en-suite was very small but modern. Breakfast was excellent. It is in an excellent position for beach, pier and shops. Parking permit for the promenade was a blessing.

Great location and central to most things. Beach was a 30 second walk. Main Street 30 seconds in other direction. Pier 5 minute walk. Breakfast included was great. Only thing I would comment is the parking. You can get a parking permit from reception but this was not told to us on check in and only offered the next morning when we asked about paying for parking or what options were. We were then given the permit which allows for us to park in the timed area at any time. So make sure you ask. Overall it was a nice peaceful stay in a great location. Hotel is a little older but still presents well and the price was very good for the area.

Excellently positioned, friendly family hotel.

Well positioned friendly, family hotel, 50m from the seafront & 50m from the main shopping street. Lift now fitted - which is a God-send, especially if you’re on a higher floor - or have mobility issues. Excellent breakfast and a team of very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good value for the money.

I received a free drink from the bar on arrival which was very welcomed after a long journey up. The guy was very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Perfect location to the seafront and parking was good outside.
