Walls were filthy and carpet felt dirty. Waited a while to check in as no one on reception in the pub. Staff very friendly and nice though. Good tea and coffee in the room with plenty of milk to make two drinks each. The trundle bed was very uncomfortable for my son.

Very convenient location in Llanelli. We arrived late so didn’t eat, but the staff in the pub were friendly when we picked up the key, and it looked nice for food. Room itself was fine, it needed a bit of TLC with the aesthetics, for example the curtain wasn’t on the track properly, but bed was comfy etc. All in all, exactly what we needed though, a good value base for the night and would stay again.

Just needed somewhere quiet to stay for myself and my partner who needed rest and recuperation, also had builders in our house, so this being a very reasonable price and not too far to travel seemed ideal....and it was. All clean, peaceful and nice. Read some reviews prior to booking and now I've been there I just think that some people leave bad reviews or complain for the sake of it or because they think they'll get something from it. It is what it advertises, it's nice, comfortable and clean. Wish we'd booked a couple more nights in fact because when we got home the builders are nowhere near finished and the house is a bombsite. Oh well!

Excellent room - clean & with a superb shower! Proximity to Trostre Park & the beach also a real bonus . The evening meal was also excellent - as were the attentive & very knowledgeable staff on duty!
