Casa adosada de 4 habitaciones en urbanización privada en el bonito pueblo de Andrín-Llanes. La playa de Andrín está a 10 min de la casa.
Dos habitaciones y dos baños en planta baja, cocina y amplio salón comedor con acceso a la terraza y jardín en planta baja. Dos habitaciones y baño en planta primera.
La urbanización cuenta con piscina privada, pista de padel y zona de picnic en terreno contiguo a las viviendas lo que evita el ruido.
Residencia en Urbanización privada dentro de uno de los pueblos mas bonitos del Oriente de Asturias. Si lo que se desea es Privacidad, este es el lugar ideal.
Acceso al Campo de Golf Municipal La Cuesta a tan solo 2km , 4minutos en coche.
20 minutos caminando ( 6minutos en coche) nos separan de la preciosa playa de Andrín.
A 5 minutos de la salida a la Autovía del Cantábrico, facilita las excursiones por Asturias y Cantabria.
La Urbanización dispone de pista de padle, piscina para adultos e infantil y zona de picnic común a todos los residentes en la Urbanización.

Andrín es uno de los pueblos mas bonitos y visitados de la costa oriental asturiana en el que se ha cuidado su carácter rural.
Para ir a la playa, lo ideal es ir dando un paseo por la carretera de acceso a la misma.
Aunque existe zona de aparcamiento, este se masifica durante el verano.
En la misma playa, podemos refrescarnos y degustar la gastronomía típica de Asturias en el Bar-chiringuito.
Para llegar a Andrín, debemos tomar la salida 294 de la autovía del Cantábrico. Cogeremos la N-634 dirección Santander. Antes de llegar a San Roque, cogeremos la 2ª salida de la rotonda y nos incorporamos a la LLN-2. Seguimos la carretera hasta que vemos a la derecha la carretera de entrada a Andrín. Un metros mas adelante, justo antes de la primera vivienda que encontramos pegada al margen derecho de la carretera, tomamos el camino a la derecha hasta el final donde vemos la entrada a la Urbanización a la izquierda.

Très belle maison au calme dans le joli village d’Andrin.

La maison se situe dans une résidence privée, dotée d’un terrain de padel qui a fait le bonheur de tout le monde, et d’une piscine hélas hors service pendant l’été. Pas de wifi non plus, ce sont les deux seules remarques négatives. Tout le reste est impeccable. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue et extrêmement confortable. Que ce soit la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, le grand salon et ses deux agréables canapés pouvant recevoir une famille de 5 personnes sans aucun souci, ou les chambres de belles tailles avec une literie de bonne qualité. Les trois salles de bains sont un vrai plus ! Dehors, la terrasse généreuse et le mobilier pour en profiter en font une « pièce à vivre » à part entière. Aucun problème pour garer la voiture devant la maison, c’est très pratique. Notre séjour fut parfait grâce à la qualité de la propriété, mais aussi grâce à Belén de l’agence immobilière Getiona2r qui gérait le bien. Très aimable et attentionnée, elle a toujours été disponible et pour répondre à nos questions et régler rapidement quelques petits problèmes. Elle nous a surtout donné de précieuses informations pour nos visites et nous a permis de découvrir plein de nouvelles choses qui ont rendues nos vacances inoubliables : La visite guidée avec Guias Traviesos ou les sorties en vtt électrique avec moniteur avec NaturAsturias. Ce fut parfait ! C’était la 4e fois que nous venions à Andrin, et nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle région. Merci Belen.

Casa completa, no nos falto de nada. Buena ubicación, cerca de playa y nos gusto la urbanización sobre todo para los niños.
