Beautiful house with private pool and sea views, situated in a quiet residential area only 4km from the beautiful and quiet beach of Canyelles, 6km from Lloret del Mar town centre and 8km from Tossa del Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! There is an outdoor area of 600m2 with private garden and pool (8x4m), a terrace with beautiful sea views where you will be able to enjoy an al fresco breakfast as well as a built in barbecue area and parking. The indoor space (100m2) consists of a living room with satellite TV and Hi-Fi system, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 2 double bedrooms (135x200cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
