My cards wouldn’t work the whole time. I was there which was three nights. The staff just told me that they were sensitive to “ gadgets” and the only fix was to stop at the desk and get them redone every time I went in and out of my room. My couch looked like somebody was wiping their saucy hands on it, and it was definitely not clean. I did take a photo of that. Two stars overall. Convenient and cheap but that’s it.

Liked the location and the amenities, and the staff who helped to resolve an issue. We rejected the Crown King 2 RM Suite we had booked due to a serious lack of maintenance and appearance. Staff were able to find another room and refund us the difference. Serious Reno's needed at this hotel. Sofa looked like a bear got at it. Huge stains on carpet and ceiling. Carpet so old it is loose and rippled. These issues were in the Crown King 2 RM Suite. The room we changed to was satisfactory and was a 2.queen standard room. Pictures taken will not upload...???

Pool was not in working condition at all seems like it is not in working condition from at least few weeks and green mold, and slimy layer on the top layer of water. Evening Staff personnel said it is not in working condition since few weeks and we can discuss with the manager in the morning ( she knew that manager is not in the building for rest of the weekend) In the morning new receptionist said manager is not here until Tuesday and swimming pool was just broke on friday (a day ago) which was lie by seeing the condition. We had 5 family to stay for night it was horrible experience with staff and building and room has bad smell of tobaccos products smokes. Will not recommend we had to cancel a night which was few days later on the return from trip.
