Outside this delightful property, you'll discover two fantastic terraces perfect for gathering to enjoy a delicious barbecue or a refreshing drink. It's an ideal spot to prolong evenings in the company of loved ones. Situated in S'Estanyol, just a short walk from the port, the house enjoys a tranquil and privileged setting, away from the hustle and bustle. Being in a residential area, there are neighbors nearby, providing a partially private atmosphere.
Upon entering, you'll discover a cozy living room equipped with AC and a TV, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. The independent kitchen with a dining area and ceramic hob, is fully stocked with all the essentials for convenient cooking. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The accommodation is complemented by two bathrooms featuring bathtubs. For added convenience, fans, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available. Additionally, if needed, we can supply a cot and high chair.
S'Estanyol is a small coastal village located on the island of Mallorca, in Spain. It stands out for its quiet and relaxed atmosphere, ideal to enjoy a holiday in a privileged natural environment. It has a small beach, a marina, several restaurants, and bars where you can enjoy typical Mallorcan dishes. In short, S'Estanyol is a perfect destination for those who are looking for peace and quiet in a cozy and authentic atmosphere.
