Was charged incidental fees; no toilet paper, no parking pass, no access to the pool; master bath had someone else's body loofah in there. Wasp nest on patio. No trash bags, no welcome paper or booklet. No dish soap, no paper towels; someone came and dropped off trash bags and left the door ajar, not secured
