This small blue house is located on the edge of a small holiday settlement in the forest between Kölpinsee and Loddin. The sunsets over the backwaters are wonderful and you can enjoy them on the large terrace. 55 sqm are available on 2 floors: on the ground floor a spacious, modern kitchen and on the top floor 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds.
It is hardly quieter and yet you are on the beach in about 10 minutes by bike (2 km).

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, leider ging die Außenleuchte am Giebel nicht, das der Weg zum Haus leider nicht fertig ist war nicht so toll,den Sand hat war ständig im Haus, Sonst war alles super Vielen dank

Freie Zeit mit Ausblick

Ein gepflegtes liebevoll eingerichtets Haus, mit Blick in den Wald und zum Achterwasser. Ein Kinderzimmer mit Spielsachen ist vorhanden, so dass auch bei "schlechtem" Wetter das Verweilen im Haus gut möglich ist. Gerne wieder!

Wer Ruhe und jeden Morgen von den Vögeln geweckt werden möchte ist hier richtig. Alles vorhanden was man bracht. Kein WLAN sorgt für Entspannung.😉 Hunde fühlen sich absolut wohl. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ich habe Haus Kalle 5x gebucht.

Ein Traum, vor allem mit Hund

Wir waren zu zweit mit 🐶🐶für sechs Tage da und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Der kleine Garten mit Zugang zum Wäldchen war ideal für die dogs. Aber auch im Haus der immer griffbereite Akkustaubsauger tat täglich gute Dienste nach unseren Strandausflügen. Toll war für uns auch, da wir beim dogstrailran in ückeritz teilnahmen, dass wir die dreckigen und nassen Laufklamotten gleich in Waschmaschine/trockner sauber wieder mit nachhause nehmen konnten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, vielleicht auch mal mit den Enkelchen 😊

Schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Für uns als Hundbesitzer sehr erfreulich der eingzäunte Garten. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Fahrrad mitzubringen oder zu mieten. Zur Ostsee sind es auch mit dem Auto mindestens 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( z. B. Supermarkt ) erst im nächsten Ort. In Loddin nur ein Bäcker.

Top Lage Top Ausstattung ! Tip Top

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Man hat seine Ruhe in Richtung Wald und des Achterwassers. Die sehr großzügig Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein ! Ausstattungstechnisch war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir sind super zufrieden !
