Wonderful head-end villa with large garden and solarium

Terraced head villa, with a particular cylindrical shape, externally covered with Sardinian granite, consisting of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, an "open space" living room / kitchen, with double sofa bed.
Outside there is a veranda with wooden roof that rests on 4 Sardinian granite columns, a large garden of about 90 square meters around the house, complete with accessories such as gas barbecue, garden beds, 4 x 4 outdoor tent, solarium with access from the garden complete with shower, sea view and Tavolara island. Parking place owned outside and covered.
Strategic position for its proximity to the center, five minutes on foot, and to the town beach, and ten minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.

Village tranquille

Porto san paolo est un village paisible que l.on peut visiter a pieds. plusieurs bon restaurants. Pizzeria. Un marché le jeudi et dimanche. Bar. Trois supermarché. Des petites plages et une belle vue sur l'île de tavolara.

Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente

Tutto perfetto. Villetta deliziosa in posizione centrale ma non caotica e corredata di tutto quanto necessario per trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax e della spensieratezza. Dall’impianto di climatizzazione agli accessori per la cucina alla biancheria e alle attrezzature da giardino tutto è assolutamente completo, nuovo e funzionale. Il portico e il giardino, godibilissimo, sono forniti di sdraio, ombrellone, divani, tavoli e barbecue per piacevoli serate all’aperto e in condizioni di massima privacy. Per ultimo vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Vincenzo, il padrone di casa, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni ulteriore esigenza.

Ottimo soggiorno e grande disponibilità dei proprietari

Siamo tornati da qualche giorno dalle 3 settimane trascorse presso la proprietà in oggetto e non potremmo essere più grati al Sig. Enzo ed alla Sig.ra Francesca, per averci consentito l'utilizzo del loro gioiello. La casa è splendida: nuova e perfettamente funzionale con tutti gli optional disponibili ed un "welcome pack" che ci ha aperto il cuore: il frigor pieno di acqua, birra e anche una bottiglia di vino. Il giardino ed il solarium sono stati sfruttati al meglio, tanto da noi per le cene, quanto dai bambini per giocare. La location della casa è perfettamente centrale, nel Borgo di Porto San Paolo, ma isolata dal caos! Raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo, tutte le spiagge più belle della costa. Insomma, un soggiorno consigliato fortemente da tutta la nostra famiglia! Ancora grazie ad Enzo e Francesca, per la disponibilità e per la cortesia ed i sorrisi, con quali sono venuti incontro anche alle nostre esigenze di check IN anticipato e check OUT posticipato!

Soggiorno piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni presso la villetta situata nel Borgo di porto san Paolo e ci siamo trovati molto bene visto la ottima posizione comoda a tutti i servizi (spiagge, supermercato, ristoranti, fornaio...). La casa al nostro arrivo era pulita e in ordine con tutto l'occorrente (lenzuola, asciugamani, phon...). Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile, gentile e affidabile. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare presso questa meravigliosa villetta.

Esperienza piacevolissima.

La casa è curata nel minimo dettaglio e dispone di tutti i comfort dall’aria condizionata al Wi-Fi, alla cassetta di sicurezza e l’allarme antintrusione. Il giardino è molto bello e godibile e si trova in una posizione privilegiata alla testa del comprensorio con molta intimità. A pochi passi dalla via centrale di porto San Paolo che porta alla piazzetta dove ci sono i mercatini ed i negozi. Soggiorno consigliato.
