Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They checked on our travel progress from the airport to make sure they would be there. The young men that helped were also gracious and friendly The room was set up very nicely, bed very comfy,and the decor in the house was interesting and fun The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and public transport David and Kanley take great pride In their homes and making sure guests have a great experience

Wonderful accommodations, the staff were friendly and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and well-located for transit or walking to the main attractions, most were around 40-60 minutes away by foot. Just minutes from the Thames and multiple grocery stores. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. The attention to detail was impeccable, the fruit salad served every morning was always fresh, every piece was perfectly ripe. A small detail but very telling of their level of service. Truly marvelous experience, I will happily stay here again!

The room was spotless. It was small but had every possible amenity. But what stood out were the host and Bob. What a pleasure to come down to breakfast and be greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm. The made to order breakfasts were out of this world good! The service was amazing and the location was perfect! We had a great stay!

As a solo traveler, this was such a great place to stay. The room was very clean, the staff and owner were great, and the shower was a good size. The breakfast was very tasty and I liked how they offer a variety of options. I am also a person that likes a certain water pressure for the shower and the pressure was perfect!

The room was beautiful and very clean. We loved having our morning coffee by our picture window. The English breakfast prepared by Kanley and staff is possibly the best in the whole world! We felt right at home. I would definitely go back. ❤️

I have never been at a beef and breakfast before and was hesitant from my personal reasons. However from before my plane landed to during my stay and following through to my checkout, I experienced some of the best hospitality while vacationing. The room was perfect for me. Cozy, clean, quiet room with European Robins singing as my alarm clock. As well as enjoying the delicious and filling breakfast with other friendly guests, everything was perfect. Anytime I visit London, I will always have this establishment as my #1 option! Thank you again Kanley & David as well as the staff!

Chanley and David were incredible hosts and the property is lovely and in a central location to London's many attractions. Easy to locate for transportation options to thr property. I was welcomed with cheer and excitement, and a refreshing beverage at checkin, which was much needed after a long day of travel. The property was spacious, clean, and offered wonderful views with birds singing in the flower pots outside the window. The bed was very comfortable and clean.100 out of 10 would stay here again, and highly recommend this property for your London travel accommodations.

It was great at the Grove!

I had a wonderful 1 week stay with Kanley, David and their friendly helpful staff. Shout out to Sanjay and Bob who never failed to add some humor to the day! I always came back from a whole day of exploring London to a clean and well stocked room. Our breakfast was always filling and delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt, omelettes and the traditional English Breakfast if you chose. Fresh coffee, teas and juice complemented your choice. Meeting the various guests who stayed was a plus and one of the highlights of my stay. ...Job well done gentlemen! I'll be back!

I had and extremely enjoyable stay at 69TheGrove. Check in was easy. I stayed in a room in the building across the street where breakfast was served between 8 and 9 daily (full, cooked breakfast during the week and Saturday). My room was clean, fresh, and in decent repair (door handle in bathroom loose but functional). There were fresh roses and a small refrigerator with set-up for tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room. I had requested a fan with my booking and it was in the room. The small fridge had water and soft drinks in it for purchase. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is cozy and fatter people may find it cramped. I found the room the perfect size for me as a solo traveler but one of my fellow guests thought the rooms were too small. Cleanliness never an issue. Location is close to tube stations at Vauxhall or Oval and numerous bus stops. Small area on the roof for smokers as facility is nonsmoking. I found the rooftop to be a plant-filled, calm space to eat my take-away meals (I do not smoke). Breakfasts very fillling and there was always fresh mixed fruit, yogurt, cereals, and orange juice on the table. Hot breakfast included options for full English breakfast, omlettes, or porridge. Tea and coffee were offered almost instantly once one sat down for the meal. Staff is delightful and highly competent. A lovely, first-class operation!

David and Connolly the owners were wonderful. Their staff is outstanding. I want to give Bob a big shout out. He worked so hard they accommodating me with my gardening therapy. Their rooftop garden is wonderful. We’re older so they took our bags up and down from our room. Laundry was done perfectly better than I do at home so thank you thank you thank you guys for everything.
Rooftop garden my sanctuary and you really get a perspective of the city.
