Good location.

Excellent location in a very upscale neighborhood. Apartment was clean with good AC. Washer/dryer was out of service. I reached out to management for repair. They instructed me to send them a video showing them the problem. Internet in apartment is ridiculously slow. I spent an hour looking for a coffee shop to upload the video. Waste of time during a family vacation. After they finally got it, they wanted ME to call their repairman. Really? You want me to schedule a repair for your broken washer in your apartment while I am on vacation with my family? Seriously? I( also requested a mattress cover for the sofa bed since my 14 y/o son and 11 y/o daughter are too old to be sleeping in the same bed. The place is two actual beds and 2 sofa beds. They wanted to charge me for 2nd sofa bed mattress cover even though the second sofa bed had no cover and I paid for 5 people to be in the place. I think location and cleanliness were excellent. The management company needs to do a much better job not being so cheap and stop acting like a bunch of amateurs.

Ceiling leaked water when AC was turned on. Washer would not work. Move out instructions required we take trash to a trash bin in a neighboring location behind a locked gate but the card key would not open the gate. Light carpet looks dirty. Only 2 true beds. The other two are sofabeds.
