The hotel was lovely, but my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived in London early and asked if I could get in my room early. They had rooms available but tried to upsell me to a different room for £50 to secure early check-in. Having already paid a lot for the room, I declined the extra charge and was unable to check in. About an hour later, I asked to leave my bag with the hotel. This time a receptionist checked if there were any available rooms. I had to go through the check-in process again and he tried to upsell me for £20 per hour for early check-in. I explained that I didn’t want to spend more and would just drop my bag and check in later. He then said he’d check me in now. I felt they were overly focused on upselling and could have simply let me check in originally. This would have been excellent customer service and made for a perfect stay. Despite the check-in issues, I enjoyed the hotel and the room. However, I did have a few problems with my room. The TV remote didn’t work and the electronic blind wouldn’t operate properly.

Lovely and peaceful hotel with great gym and spa amenities. The 3 members working the reception around 3:30pm 09/01 were super welcoming and helpful! Only thing was that the WiFi was unstable but thankfully I was assisted with an alternative network. Would definitely return!

Incredible. Right from the entrance of the hotel with the staff on the door, the staff at the desk, the Porters the kitchen staff, the waitress, the restaurant, the clean staff, every time you enter a lift the staff was so helpful and polite and chatty. It was a wonderful hotel. It was clean immaculate Smart , the food was fabulous. It was fun and funky. We had a wonderful time. My daughter loved it and I would definitely return The door Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly with regard to directions and even gave us umbrellas as we left for our concert, incredible stay wonderful staff wonderful hotel thank you very much.

Had a wonderful time staying at Art’Otel for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was beautiful and spacious had such a lovely view and the facilities were amazing too! The breakfast the next day was delicious and had a great variety. Will definitely be booking again within the new year well worth it.
