Beautiful loft conversion in an old Victorian house located close to Kingston town centre and train station for fast access into London city (30 mins on train to Waterloo). Located on the top floor of a quiet side street this flat offers a calm living environment in direct vicinity to buzzing Kingston with its vibrant high street, shops and restaurants.
High ceilings make the spacious double bedroom and large living area bright and airy whilst the sloped roof create a cosy atmosphere.
The exceptionally large kitchen was fully refurbished in 2019 and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a large dining table ideal for hosting dinner parties.
The living area is divided into a lounge area to relax and watch TV/DVD (Netflix subscription available) and a home office domain which has been optimised for working from home. A large screen, printer, mouse and keyboard are available to connect a laptop. Broadband internet is high speed and strong enough to connect to different servers/virtual machines worldwide.
The bathroom is fully fitted with a bathtub and electric shower and provides extra storage space.
The flat is ideal for a single person or a couple, and the sofa can be converted into a bed offering sleeping space for two additional people.
Parking in front of the house is available for one car.
Minimum of two weeks stay starting from August and up to two months until beginning of October. Preference for young professionals who stay the entire time.
