Mid quality hotel flip with no staff and bad smell
Not advertised explicitly enough that this hotel has no staff. No front desk, no anything other than a security guard who had to de facto help check people in because no one was on staff. It’s like an empty digital hotel so good luck if you need anything or have any trouble checking in.
The whole 3rd floor and our room smelled of diapers. Like a damp dank spoiled smell. We had to sleep with the window open. The “eco friendliness” is also a joke, you had to flush the toilet 3-4x to get even liquid to go down.
Overall it’s a mid quality hotel flip with no staff and a bad smell.

Fantastic location. Very nice room. Great balcony view from this top floor room.
Shower had no water pressure and just trickled out which was quite disappointing. Tried reporting it, but it was just an AI answered response which was underwhelming.
in a great location. hotel met our needs. the lack of staff was different, but okay. the elevator was extremely slow so plan accordingly.

The hotel has codes instead of keys. I have not experienced this before but it worked out great. Means you don’t see or talk to anyone. There is no reception. Reminded me of apartments more than a hotel.
The room was clean and spacious for a single. Smelled like putty because of the construction site across the street but no noise thankfully. The ac didn’t go below 16c so had the window open mostly. All in all, I would stay there again and would recommend.

Really good location. 5mins from British Museum and 5mins from Tottenham Court Rd tube stop. Tesco/Sainsbury’s locals nearby as well as brunch places/cafes. Self check in was all good and via Watsapp. Room size was fine and there was a coffee machine and kettle. I personally didn’t find the pillows very comfortable- they felt quite cheap. Some aspects of the room needed maintenance such as a bulb not working on one side of the bed. Overall though I would stay here again.
I had a fantastic stay at Numa London Bloomsbury! The all-digital concept was seamless and convenient—no need for traditional check-ins, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with a modern and minimalist design that added to the comfort.
The WiFi was strong and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. The location was excellent, offering easy access to central London while still being in a relatively quiet area.
Overall, I loved the experience—great value, modern amenities, and a hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others
Really enjoyed our stay at Numa. It was clean and the rooms were well-equipped. When we needed help with something Moritz and team were really helpful and sorted it out quickly.

Clean and neat.
Excellent access to train stations, bus stops, and Tourist’s spots including Theater districts and many of the iconic landmarks.
A lot quieter than the busy areas making the location perfect place to stay.
The water in a sink and the shower booth in the bathroom didn’t drain as quickly as it should. It seemed clogged and the water only slow went down. It felt so uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also the room I stayed (203) was so cold even I turn on the AC to the highest. The location was super convenient and easy to access.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel for numerous reasons which I will list below. The most concerning reason was I reserved the hotel almost 5 months prior to when I was going to be in London and the day I was supposed to check in they emailed me stating there was an issue and degraded me to a significantly smaller room. In August, I reserved the XL studio with a king bed, sofa bed, and chair with a shared terrace for my stay at the end of December. Because I had booked a room with a terrace, we made plans to sit out there for New Year’s Eve and watch the fireworks. The morning I was supposed to check in, they emailed me there was a technical issue and had to degrade me to a “medium room” which was barely big enough for one person, never mind two people. When they emailed me I was just starting an 8.5hour plane ride and was not contacted any other way about my new room assignment. We did not have any kind of sofa or chair. All there was is a bathroom and bed. If that was the case, their prices should be considerably cheaper. The heater stayed on even after we turned it off. It was roughly 40°F during our stay and we wound up sleeping with the window open every night because the heat was unbearable in the room. The “virtual” assistance I received makes the whole experience very impersonable and if there are any issues, it takes much longer to resolve the issue. We were awoken every night between 3am - 4am from someone above us causing loud thumps and bangs.
