The room was immaculate and fully appointed. Check in was simple - all done remotely. The location - just off Tottenham Court Road and in/next to Bloomsbury - is superb.

The room was incredibly tiny, with no front desk or service. The shower\bathroom was only borderline usable in terms of space.

Great location to access shops and central london. Walked to Birmingham palace, Big Ben, SOHO, Piccadilly circuits. Clean, easy check in and delicious coffee shop right beside it

It’s all about the location and convenience. All central London attractions north of the river are in walking distance. Very close to northern, central, Piccadilly and Elizabeth underground lines. Area full of restaurants, supermarkets, parks and attractions

Mid quality hotel flip with no staff and bad smell

Not advertised explicitly enough that this hotel has no staff. No front desk, no anything other than a security guard who had to de facto help check people in because no one was on staff. It’s like an empty digital hotel so good luck if you need anything or have any trouble checking in. The whole 3rd floor and our room smelled of diapers. Like a damp dank spoiled smell. We had to sleep with the window open. The “eco friendliness” is also a joke, you had to flush the toilet 3-4x to get even liquid to go down. Overall it’s a mid quality hotel flip with no staff and a bad smell.
