5 min walking from Paddington station, room was extremely clean and spacious. Only problem was the lack of elevator, if you have a big luggage, it could be difficult. But overall, it was a great stay!

The location was ideal for quick access to Paddington station, Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Our bottom floor room had a lot of noise coming from the nearby London Underground line from quite early until quite late but for a single night stay this didn't bother us too much. The room was clean but looked like it could use a few visual repairs.

The location is amazing, so close to Paddington station....maybe too close. My rooom was in the basement and I until midnight trains went by every 10 mins and the entire room shook, it was like a sonic boom. Other than the lack of sleep, it was a nice stay
