Fabulous location near Victoria station

Fabulous location if getting to and from London Victoria coach & railway station. Hotel is a lovely Georgian mansion style and we we kindly upgraded to a 4 person room, which made it very comfortable.quiet surrounding area but the cleaner needed to do a little better with the cups in the room. Would stay here again if catching the bus or train.

Centrally located near the Victoria coach station, the Victoria rail station, underground station and Buckingham Palace. Room was very clean, shower had great pressure and staff was very pleasant.

The room is lovely painted and decorated. The room is small. When I sat small think cruise ship cabin size. It works just to sleep and leave. Warning if you are a light sleeper look for another hotel. There is no sound proofing and it sounds like the trains and metro go over the top of your room.

The hotel is an excellent location, near Victoria Station and all hop on hop off bus stops. Our room (triple) must have been recently remodeled. It was better than expected. Very clean and nice air condition. Only bad thing is if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the trains. Otherwise great hotel for the price. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

I’d stay again!

I loved the people. They were so nice and helpful. I felt comfortable. I felt safe, That meant a lot. They had an affordable breakfast. It was easy to get to the Tube and bus station. The room was nice and comfortable.

Not the best stay

Check in great! Beds were ok. Air conditioner keep turning off and resetting. But about 30 minutes into our sleep the air conditioner that was above my daughter’s bed started dripping all over her and her bed. Had to put her mattress on floor but sheets and cover were very wet. Very noisy spot. Trains roll by about every 10 minutes or so, shaking the whole room.

This website and hotel management team are SCAM !! They overcharged me 3 times !! They tricked us with a quote fot 3 nights was $915 US dollars . So we booked it But when we arrived they converted to £915 pounds in British dollars which are very high currency . When we converted it in usd dollars we ended up paying $1200 usd for 3 nights . That means we paid up$400 a night for a 2 stars hotel .. which is insane charge . We complaint it to Expedia , Their team promised to solve our problem but they did not . Instead, they said US dollars currency is the same value a pounds which so absurds . they didn’t check the currency . Everyone know British pounds are stronger than US dollars now . We are working with my credit card company now to ask them to help us .. because they created 2 extra different charges without authorization . It’s a NIGHTMARE for us . Our stay was not pleasant at all. Our room is located at very loud near the railroad . You can hear anything . No complimentary water , nor breakfast. You have to pay for their boring breakfast. STAY WAY and DO NOT book at this hotel .

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was also very small. There was little room to store clothing as the wardrobe was small and there was only a desk with a few small drawers for storage. There was no elevator. Air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was available for a price but we did not avail of it.
